Scouting Report Summary

Blake Miller is a athletic right tackle who started every game in 2025 for Clemson. He wins with quick feet, good length, leverage, and solid hand usage in pass protection while showing improving power in the run game. He is a reliable, high-floor starter with scheme versatility.

Strengths

• Good athleticism for the position; mirrors well and recovers quickly.

• Strong pass-protection numbers with low pressure rate and consistent technique.

• Durable three-year contributor with starting experience in the ACC.

• Competitive finisher who plays with good effort through the whistle.

Weaknesses

• Average arm length and hand size can be exploited by elite edge rushers.

• Run-blocking grade lags behind pass protection; needs more consistent power and leverage.

• Occasional balance issues when engaged against stronger interior defenders.

Final Evaluation

Ideal for zone or gap schemes that value athleticism and reliability at right tackle. Miller has legitimate Day-1 starter potential with a high floor as a multi-year contributor. While he lacks elite power, his consistency, low penalty rate, and clean technique make him a safe, high-floor pick. He projects as a strong Day 2 selection (early-to-mid 2nd round).
