From the desk of the Commodore:

Ahoy, Chargers Faithful—

The 2025 season is upon us, and it's time to build on our momentum. From a small idea, we’ve grown into a crew that’s helping redefine Chargers culture. Our mission remains: make the world a more hospitable place for Chargers supporters, and build support around SoFi Stadium—and now El Segundo and Manhattan Beach—powder blue.

We believe our home field should be more than soulless corporate real estate—it should reflect who we are as people: folks who proudly identify with the Chargers and with each other.

It's time to gather talented Chargers supporters to build tools and experiences that inspire—and to show the world what a real home field advantage looks like. That spirit gets built now—by every one of us, by the entire Yacht Club.

Available Flag Officers Roles

Debauchery Officer (Tailgating Officer): Coordinate RLYC tailgate activities, including parking, gear, signage, food, drinks, and games.
Master Clickbait Officer (Editorial Officer): Oversee the RLYC blog and other media opportunities.
Shindig Captain (Events Officer): Organize RLYC events—both public and private.
Turf Commander (Territory Officer): Lead efforts to increase Chargers visibility around SoFi Stadium.
Petty Theft Officer (Merchandise Officer): Manage creation, sales, and distribution of RLYC merchandise.
Chief Annalist 1st Class (Registry Officer): Maintain directories of Chargers-related resources on the RLYC website.
Sergeant-at-Arms (Identity Defense Officer): Protect the “Rivers Lake” name on Google Maps and beyond.

I understand that Flag Officers are responsible for forming and managing their own teams and for communicating plans, opportunities, challenges, and resource needs to the Flag Officer leadership promptly—or at minimum during the monthly leadership connect.
